Inclusion at Gabi & Jules - Bree's Story

Gabi & Jules is proud to be an inclusive employer and we are pleased to share Bree's story. We are grateful for her willingness to share about her invisible disability so honestly. We hope that her candidness will inspire more conversations about mental health.

At Gabi & Jules, we started our mission to create an inclusive workplace when we opened our doors back in 2016. At the time, we were focussed on creating opportunities for individuals with autism but over the years this focus on inclusivity  resulted in us attracting so many awesome individuals to join our team.

As a member of The President's Group (https://accessibleemployers.ca) we participate in their annual Pledge to Measure.  In our latest survey of our team we now have over 30% of our team self-identify as having a disability including two senior leaders.
